El Carmen Suites - Antigua

The staff was super cute and helpful. Breakfast with fine rooftop views was a highlight. The cozy cleanup crew kept everything super clean. Loved being able to keep my bags at the desk during my mini trips. I enjoyed my stay!

The breakfast is delicious and marvellous, offered with views of the volcanoes and amazing view, as example. The room is a decent size and amazing with hot showers. The property has a perfect location, next to the central area as well as the plaza.

As we remember, there was no restaurant.

We were in a good location near to center of town, restaurants, shops and the historic square, and the market:)))

Consider asking for a room away from the courtyard to minimize noise from other guests.

The charming atmosphere and helpful staff made my stay nice, and being just a 15-minute walk from iconic sites like the Catedral de San Jose and La Merced Church provided me with ample opportunities for exploration throughout the city.

The hotel is impeccably clean with excellent services and great food. Excellent and helpful staff and management. Lovely building and rooms with hot showers. Location near the 5th avenue and the park which is also the '' Calle del Arco ''.

The hotel offers marvellous and delicious breakfast with amazing view and also views of the volcanoes. The building is beautiful and the rooms are a decent size and well-appointed.

The room had no windows, making it pretty dark, but the courtyard was lovely.

The spacious room allowed our family of four to settle in comfortably. Having hot and cold water in the bathroom is a big plus. Breakfast included a delicious variety, served with nice views from the terrace. We spotted the Fuego volcano erupting while enjoying our meal! A refreshing welcome drink set the tone for a pleasant stay. The staff were attentive and offered to provide fans for comfort in the warm room. The foul smell from the septic system occasionally lingered, especially when returning to the room after a day out. We also noticed some noise from the courtyard, likely from other guests. Great accommodations with some minor issues.

The hotel is friendly and cute, especially for families and our dogs. The breakfast each morning was delicious, with a wide variety of options, and we enjoyed the lovely courtyard for some family time. This was a great central spot to explore Antigua!

My kids wished for more soundproofing so we could enjoy our time more without interruptions.

Excellent hotel with free Wi-Fi, laundry service, and 24-hour reception. On my first stay, the staff helped me with some technical issues. I recommend enjoying the great breakfast! I'm coming back for my trip.

Families find it decent

The staff were friendly and always helped us, even with our kids running around. The breakfast was a highlight, loved having a variety of options while enjoying beautiful views.

It was a bit on the pricier side , but for what we got, it was still acceptable.

Truly enjoyed the pleasant and comfortable location of the hotel, which is really close to shops, attractions, and the Central Square.
